氧化锆义齿烧结炉：

氧化锆义齿烧结炉是牙科修复体制作中的关键设备，可用于将氧化锆陶瓷坯体通过高温烧结转化为高强度、高精度的义齿。
操作流程（以Zirkonofen 600为例）
预处理：CAM切削后的坯体干燥（80℃, 2h），去除切削液残留。
装炉：使用专用氧化锆支架，间距≥5mm，防止粘连。

程序设定：

阶段1：室温→800℃（10℃/min，空气气氛除粘接剂）
阶段2：800℃→1530℃（5℃/min，氮气保护）
阶段3：1530℃保温120分钟
阶段4：1530℃→800℃（3℃/min）
总耗时约8-10小时
后处理：喷砂（50μm氧化铝颗粒）去除表面烧结层。

温度精度：±10℃偏差可导致强度下降30%，需每月校准热电偶。
气氛纯度：氧气含量＞100ppm会引发氧化锆相变，强度损失50%。
污染控制：炉膛清洁使用无水乙醇，避免有机物碳化污染。
安全防护：烧结时炉表温度≤60℃，但开炉瞬间需防热辐射灼伤。
