氧化锆义齿烧结炉:
氧化锆义齿烧结炉是牙科修复体制作中的关键设备,可用于将氧化锆陶瓷坯体通过高温烧结转化为高强度、高精度的义齿。
操作流程(以Zirkonofen 600为例)
预处理:CAM切削后的坯体干燥(80℃, 2h),去除切削液残留。
装炉:使用专用氧化锆支架,间距≥5mm,防止粘连。
程序设定:
阶段1:室温→800℃(10℃/min,空气气氛除粘接剂)阶段2:800℃→1530℃(5℃/min,氮气保护)
阶段3:1530℃保温120分钟
阶段4:1530℃→800℃(3℃/min)
总耗时约8-10小时
后处理:喷砂(50μm氧化铝颗粒)去除表面烧结层。
温度精度:±10℃偏差可导致强度下降30%,需每月校准热电偶。
气氛纯度:氧气含量>100ppm会引发氧化锆相变,强度损失50%。
污染控制:炉膛清洁使用无水乙醇,避免有机物碳化污染。
安全防护:烧结时炉表温度≤60℃,但开炉瞬间需防热辐射灼伤。
